Flow Foundations

The Flow Foundations course (ages 13+) is our beginner program for adults. In this program, we take 16 courses to learn and drill foundational, self-defense techniques in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment.

 

Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique, which are further broken down into simplified drills or “slices” to facilitate the learning process. The final 10-15 minutes of class is for flow rolling/sparring. This simply means that members are rolling with control, catching and releasing submissions with the focus on survival, defending and control all while learning how to not spazz by conserving energy.

You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience and, since safety is our number one concern.

 

After earning your first stripe, you are invited to our Advanced classes.

Members receive an attendance card so that progress can be tracked with transparency and structure.
