Flow Foundations: Adult Beginner Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 13+)
Flow Foundations is the perfect starting point for your Jiu-Jitsu journey. This 16-lesson beginner program is designed to teach foundational, real-world self-defense in a fun, safe, and highly cooperative environment.
You can jump into the program at any time with absolutely zero previous experience. Safety is our number one priority, ensuring you learn effectively at a pace that works for you.
What to Expect in Every Class:

The Techniques (45 mins): Each one-hour lesson covers one standing and one ground self-defense technique. We break these movements down into simplified drills—or "slices"—making the learning process easy to digest and execute.

The Flow Roll (15 mins): The final 10-15 minutes are dedicated to flow rolling. This is a controlled form of sparring where members focus on survival, defense, and catching-and-releasing submissions. It’s all about learning how to stay calm, conserve energy, and move smoothly without "spazzing."
