Bowie Jiu-Jitsu Academy, located in Bowie Maryland, is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Certified Training Center of Gracie University in Torrace, CA. We train our students using practical self-defense techniques the Gracie Way which focuses on efficiency and alavanca (Portuguese for "leverage").
