Families of 3+ deal cannot be combined with any other discounts. Families of 3+ deal is considered unlimited for adults and 2x/week for kids.

Flow Foundations is included in Advanced Jiu-Jitsu and DefendHer™ memberships. For example, coming to DefendHer™ once per week? Come to Flow Foundations as much as you like. Striking Fundamentals (age 13+) is included in all programs.
Once you earn your pink/white belt, your DefendHer™ journey doesn’t stop there. Starting the very next month, all DefendHer™ classes are free for you to revisit anytime as refreshers—no additional cost. For example, if you receive your belt in February, your DefendHer™ training payment for March and beyond is included at no charge. The only time a graduate continues paying is if they choose to enroll in one of our co-ed programs.
Larger 3+ family discount allows for twice per week kids and unlimited adult programs.
